1. Every item ships free via FedEx Standard Delivery.
2. Every item ships in a black velvet jewelry box with a two piece outer white carton.
3. Every item ships with a certificate of authenticity and a white jewelry polishing ultra cloth.
4. All pendants and lockets include a complementary chain.
5. At this time we do not have images for every item in both white and yellow gold. Therefore, every item ships in the metal type written in the title and description (for example, white gold or yellow gold).

Note on rings:
If you'd like to resize a ring, you will have to ask us for them on a case by case basis. Please note that sizing a ring will make the ring a custom order and the ring will no longer be returnable. To resize a ring there will be additional fee. You can place the order and not pay for it, then make a note of the order number and create a ticket with a reference to the order number along with your resizing requirements.
